Family-run wine and agricultural farm for sale, with 740 sqm of buildings plus usable volumes, and 8 hectares of productive land (5 ha vineyard, 2 ha olive grove, 0.5 ha boundary). Igtt Red Sangiovese 70%, Cabernet 30% (13.5% ABV); fermentation in steel containers. Igtt Reserve Merlot 60%, Cabernet 40% (13.5% ABV); 15 days cement fermentation with stirring, six months in oak barrels. Igtt White Malvasia di Candia 70%, Trebbiano 30% (12.5% ABV); cold fermentation in cement containers, 12 hours agitation, stored with lees for 6 months. Potential for a swimming pool as there is an existing well. The last cellar renovation was in 2003. Rustic Tuscan style buildings. The property is ideal for continuing and expanding the excellent already underway production, with wine highly demanded by local restaurants and tourists, and exported to Belgium and Germany. Bottled wine carries the Igtt brand, which is above IGT and approaches DOC. Some harvested grapes are also purchased by the local winery cooperative, indicating good grape quality. There is also clear potential to develop a hospitality activity by restructuring the available volumes.
